Unlike a standard sublease where a tenant finds a random person to take over their lease, STAYLUXRENTALS operates as a professional corporate housing provider. We remain the primary leaseholder and are legally and financially responsible for the rent and the condition of the home. We don’t “hand off” the keys; we manage the space with professional cleaning and 24/7 guest support.

We install noise sensors in every unit. These devices monitor decibel levels (without recording audio or violating privacy). If the noise exceeds a certain level for more than 10 minutes, our team receives an instant alert to contact the guest and resolve the issue immediately.

STAYLUXRENTALS handles all minor maintenance (clogged drains, lightbulb changes, scuffed paint) at no cost to you. For major structural or systemic issues (HVAC, plumbing leaks), we notify you immediately. Essentially, we act as an extra set of eyes on your property, catching small issues before they become expensive ones.

A family lives in the home 24/7, cooks every meal, and has pets/kids—this creates significant wear and tear. Our corporate guests are often out the house 12 hours a day for work and eat most meals out. Because we professional clean the unit 4-8 times per month, your property stays in “Prestin condition” for the duration of the lease.
